壹、報名繳費方法-凡參加協會統一開設之班別，急救員班報名費一律$2000
一、如有需要請上網www.j7j8.com.tw下載匯款單及課程表(搜尋j7j8；國際緊急反應急救協會、雜7雜8網站亦可)，報名時請以郵寄、傳真或投遞方式將報名表連同報名費、郵局匯票、或匯款單影本寄至協會信箱(郵局匯票抬頭－花蓮潛水統編：15791467)；協會傳真電話：03-8580011（FAX）。

A.急救課程名稱：國際緊急反應急救員證照（EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE）
課程及費用：課程共計分為8小時(CPR+包紮+AED+疾病+脊椎固定術)、12小時(再加兒童嬰兒CPR)、15小時(再加水上救生課程等)三人以上即可開班上課，課程結束核發國際緊急反應急救員證書（澳洲寄發證照，全世界102國家開課，不需換證及重考）。
費用5人以內$2800、10人以內$2500、10人以上$2200、15人以上2000員。（救生班跟課ㄧ律$2000）

B.急救教練課程：國際緊急反應急救教練（EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE INSTRUCTOR）
課程及費用：課程共計為10~20小時及個人自修預備課程約20小時；課程包含首要救護八項技巧及次要救護四項技巧之個人自修技術演練（自修約10小時）、緊急救護（EMT）理論自修課程（自修約10小時）、教練養成課程（教室16小時）及試講試教課程（每人1小時）；1人以上開班上課，費用3人以內$18000、5人以內$16000、10人以內$15000 (不含個人簽證費約$108澳幣)課程結束核發國際緊急反應急救教練證書（具備核發國際8種急救證書資格）。
